Kuwait Housing & Residential Development Forum Agenda

Approximately 100,000 people are currently awaiting housing to be supplied by the Public Authority for Housing Welfare (PAHW) in Kuwait. The enormity of this problem has prompted the PAHW to construct five new cities on the outskirts of the Kuwaiti capital which will provide homes for Kuwaiti families.

With this in mind, we are gathering government ministries, contractors, consultants and architects at the Kuwait Housing & Residential Development Forum taking place from 23-24 May at The Convention Center & Royal Suites, Kuwait to learn about the opportunities arising because of these new cities.

Why you should attend?

  • Gain insights into the public private partnership models for residential projects in Kuwait
  • Discover how to apply building automation methods for energy consumption
  • Get updates on the new energy conservation codes for residential development and best practice for their application
  • Understand how to increase the profitability of PPP models through mixed-use developments
  • Define the relationship between urban planning and the development of 'zero-energy' building

Join stakeholders from Public Authority for Housing Welfare (PAHW), Kuwait's Ministry of Electricity and Water, Kuwait Municipality, KEO International Consultants, AGi Architects and more who have already confirmed attendance.
